There are lot of ways to ship molds by air or by sea, but the most
common way is by sea because it doesn’t cost high like shipping by air but
sometimes shipment could affect badly on molds and causes for lot of bad
affects on molds
So we are going to
discuss, How to protect molds during shipment? As the largest molds maker in
China, and more than 15 years molds export experience, Sino Mould has rich
experience to protect molds when delivery.
When we deliver molds to
clients, normally we chose to keep the molds in container, and deliver it by
sea. If we haven’t good way to protect the molds, it is very easy to damage the
molds in a wet container.
Why the container is so
wet?
The container is a
closed environment. The inside temperature is up to 40℃—70℃ ,the humidity around 65% in the sun .In
night , The temperature lows down to 20℃-30℃ ,meanwhile the humidity reach 100% .The more
vapor will be condensed into liquid , which attached to the wall of container
and exterior of products .People called it "fog rain of container "
which make product wet ,mold spotted and rusty.

The loading port or
passing sea area is all high temperature and humidity area.
The packing wrapper
has much moisture, such as carton, wooden box and wood card board.
The product has much
moisture, which released into container easily, so the humidity increased.
How to protect molds during shipment? And How to
avoid rainy days get the water in the container, and the molds spare parts?
Sino Mould, have done a lot of the research tests and finally develop the professional shipping
container desiccant whose
water absorption is as
high as 220% above and has no volatilizes or
leakage. After using container desiccant, the desiccant will be saturated
in moisture 100%.
The desiccant have absorbed large amounts of moisture before,
and make the relative humidity remain in a low level in order to avoid
container fog rain of generation ,and make sure the carriage of molds
safety.
